Job Description

Senior Product Designer - Manage

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Designer – Manage in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS product focused on transforming how nonprofits manage and track grant funding after awards are secured. You will own a critical product area that handles complex financial workflows, compliance requirements, and multi-stakeholder collaboration across finance, program, and grant teams. The environment is highly collaborative, remote-first, and deeply product-driven, with significant ownership from day one. You will help shape a greenfield space that replaces fragmented spreadsheets and disconnected systems with a unified, intelligent platform. Your work will directly influence how billions in grant funding are tracked and reported. This is a high-impact role where design decisions carry real operational and financial consequences for mission-driven organizations.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design process for a core product area, shaping both strategy and execution in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for turning complex financial and operational problems into clear, usable, and scalable product experiences.

  • Lead discovery, user research, and end-to-end product design for the Manage product area
  • Design and refine complex financial data visualizations (e.g., budgets, forecasts, variance tracking, compliance reporting)
  • Create multi-stakeholder workflows spanning grant, finance, and program teams
  • Define and design greenfield product experiences from concept to launch
  • Explore and shape AI-powered features that improve efficiency and compliance
  • Elevate and contribute to the evolution of the design system across the product
Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience designing complex B2B systems and thrives in environments where ambiguity is high and ownership is broad. You are a systems thinker who enjoys solving layered problems and translating them into elegant, user-friendly experiences.

  • 7+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years at a senior level
  • Proven ownership of end-to-end product domains in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments
  • Strong expertise in designing data-heavy interfaces such as dashboards, reporting tools, or operational systems
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems)
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in fast-paced startup environments
  • Ability to independently conduct and synthesize user research into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows and enthusiasm for AI-driven product innovation
  • Experience in finance-related or compliance-heavy domains is highly valued
  • Strong product intuition and ability to make decisions with incomplete information
  • Comfort working in greenfield spaces and defining product direction
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range: $160,000 – $205,000 USD
  • Equity package as part of total compensation
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Generous PTO policy, including parental leave
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • Company-provided laptop and home office setup stipend
  • Fully remote work within the continental United States or Canada (with required overlap with Pacific Time hours)
  • Twice-yearly in-person team retreats
  • Opportunity to work on meaningful products supporting impactful nonprofit organizations
