- Manage and strengthen long-term relationships with assigned healthcare clients, serving as the primary clinical point of contact and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of clinical programs and PBM-related solutions tailored to client objectives and operational needs.
- Provide strategic consultation on formulary management, drug utilization, clinical trends, and healthcare cost management initiatives.
- Analyze clinical and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements, delivering actionable recommendations and detailed reporting.
- Collaborate with internal operational, sales, and account management teams to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment on client strategies.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, internal policies, and risk management standards while supporting quality improvement initiatives.
- Support proposal development, presentations, and communication efforts related to new business opportunities and client growth initiatives.
- PharmD degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Current, active, and unrestricted Pharmacist license in any U.S. state.
- Strong understanding of pharmacy benefit management operations, healthcare regulations, and drug formulary systems.
- Experience in client-facing healthcare or clinical account management roles with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, relational databases, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities with experience interpreting clinical and financial data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% as required.
