As a Senior TypeScript Developer, you’ll join our Connect Platform team — the group responsible for building the backend services that connect thousands of payment terminals to merchant configuration, workflow orchestration, and platform monitoring.

This is a chance to work on modern serverless architecture in a real-world fintech environment where scalability, resilience, and security truly matter.

The successful AEVI’ator

• Strong experience building backend applications with Node.js and TypeScript
• Experience designing and operating serverless architectures on AWS
• Strong understanding of event-driven systems and distributed architectures
• Experience working with APIs and modern backend development practices
• Comfortable working with infrastructure-as-code tools such as AWS CDK, Terraform or similar
• Strong understanding of testing, CI/CD and engineering best practices
• Experience working with cloud-native systems at scale
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering, product and QA teams
• Fluent English communication skills

• Experience in payments, fintech or banking environments
• Knowledge of PCI DSS or secure development practices
• Experience with streaming/event platforms such as Kafka, Kinesis, or EventBridge
• Strong observability mindset (logging, tracing, monitoring)
• Open-source contributions, technical writing or community involvement
