Commercialization Program Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Commercialization Program Manager in United States.

This role sits at the heart of a groundbreaking biotechnology launch that aims to transform global animal health and sustainability in pork production. You will help coordinate the commercialization of a first-in-class gene-edited innovation, ensuring cross-functional teams move in sync across regulatory, commercial, operational, and scientific workstreams. The position requires strong program execution skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving, highly complex environment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to maintain visibility across priorities and ensure critical milestones are delivered on time. Acting as a key connector across teams, you will help translate scientific and regulatory complexity into clear, actionable business direction. This is a high-impact opportunity to contribute directly to a transformational global product launch with significant environmental, economic, and societal implications.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive execution across multiple commercialization workstreams, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are actively tracked and met.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between R&D, regulatory, legal, commercial, sustainability, product, and technical teams.
  • Maintain program visibility by consolidating updates, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring information flows efficiently across the organization.
  • Support operational readiness for the initial commercial launch, ensuring systems, processes, and teams are prepared for execution.
  • Conduct targeted market, regulatory, and industry research to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Identify, engage, and coordinate external experts and partners, including scoping, vetting, contracting, and onboarding activities.
  • Prepare executive-level materials such as presentations, decision memos, briefing documents, and strategic summaries.
  • Ensure follow-through on key decisions by tracking actions and driving accountability across teams.
  • Support commercialization planning, including pricing inputs, market models, and go-to-market readiness materials.
  • Assist with expansion analysis and due diligence for new geographic markets beyond early launch regions.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, agriculture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, product commercialization, strategic planning, or new product launch in regulated environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and executive storytelling.
  • Strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex information quickly.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while learning new scientific and technical concepts.
  • Proven ability to build trust and collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Strong execution mindset with high accountability, follow-through, and problem-solving ability.
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to contribute to breakthrough innovation in biotechnology or agriculture.
  • Preferred: experience in animal health, animal biotechnology, agriculture, or multi-stakeholder global programs.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $105,000 to $122,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Flexible spending accounts (FSA/HSA) and disability coverage options.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid holidays and earned time off (ETO).
  • Tuition reimbursement and learning development opportunities.
  • Career growth potential within a global biotechnology organization.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge innovation in animal genetics and sustainability.
