Floating Leasing Consultant - Multifamily in AUSTIN, Texas at Tarantino Properties Inc

Tarantino Properties is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Floating Leasing Consultant to support three of our multifamily communities in the Austin area: ATX North Apartments, The Joplin at Crestview, and Greystone Flats.

This role will travel between properties on a daily or weekly basis to assist with leasing activities, resident relations, and providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, online, and by phone
• Give apartment tours and highlight community features
• Process applications and lease paperwork
• Build relationships with current and future residents
• Help meet leasing and occupancy goals
• Support resident events and community engagement

• Customer service, sales, or leasing experience preferred (not required)
• Friendly, professional, and confident communicator
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team player mindset
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between communities are required.
