This role is focused on expanding market presence within value-based care ecosystems by driving new business development across health systems, ACOs, physician groups, and other provider organizations. You will act as a strategic, consultative sales leader responsible for identifying high-value opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships that improve patient outcomes and reduce total cost of care. Operating in a highly dynamic healthcare technology environment, you will engage senior clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders to position innovative connected care solutions. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with ownership of a defined territory and significant revenue responsibility. Success in this position requires strong healthcare domain knowledge, a hunter mindset, and the ability to translate complex healthcare challenges into scalable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align market strategy, customer needs, and product capabilities.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving territory growth, developing new provider relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals within value-based care markets.

  • Own and execute a strategic territory plan focused on net-new business development across provider organizations and value-based care networks
  • Lead full-cycle consultative sales processes for complex deals ranging from $250K to $1M+ in annual recurring revenue
  • Engage senior stakeholders including CMOs, CFOs, care management leaders, and population health executives
  • Translate solution value into measurable clinical and financial outcomes such as reduced hospitalizations, improved care coordination, and cost savings
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new opportunities through outreach, events, partnerships, and referrals
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, clinical operations, and customer success to ensure alignment and execution
Requirements

This position requires deep healthcare sales expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to navigate complex provider environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience with provider organizations (ACOs, health systems, physician groups, or risk-bearing entities)
  • Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles and closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of value-based care models, population health, and care management workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare solutions such as remote patient monitoring, transitional care, and SDOH programs is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools in a metrics-driven environment
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote, high-autonomy role while collaborating cross-functionally
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary range of $145,000 – $160,000 plus potential incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Remote work flexibility with autonomy in territory management
  • Opportunity to impact population health and value-based care transformation
  • Collaborative, cross-functional work environment
  • Career growth opportunities within a rapidly evolving healthcare technology space
  • Tools and support to succeed in a high-performance sales organization
