This role sits at the intersection of client service, regulatory operations, and compliance technology within a fast-paced SaaS environment serving the financial services industry. You will act as a key liaison between clients, compliance consultants, analysts, and internal product teams to ensure seamless execution of regulatory support activities. The position focuses on delivering high-quality client experiences, resolving complex operational issues, and ensuring timely regulatory filings and case management. You will also play an active role in improving internal processes by gathering and translating client feedback into actionable enhancements. Working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional setting, you will help financial firms navigate compliance obligations with efficiency and confidence. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role where communication, problem-solving, and empathy are essential. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening trust, accuracy, and performance across regulatory workflows.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting regulatory operations and client success across a portfolio of financial services clients, ensuring smooth execution of compliance-related workflows and high-quality service delivery.

  • Provide day-to-day client support for regulatory filing requests and compliance-related inquiries
  • Manage and track cases using Salesforce or similar CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
  • Act as a liaison between clients, compliance consultants, analysts, and product teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Monitor, interpret, and validate incoming data, identifying discrepancies and escalating when necessary
  • Deliver clear status updates, reports, and communications to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Educate clients on platform features and services to maximize value and adoption
  • Proactively manage a high-volume pipeline of cases while prioritizing tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous product and process improvement initiatives
  • Support regulatory workflows throughout their full lifecycle in collaboration with internal teams
  • Participate in cross-functional coordination to enhance overall client experience and operational efficiency
Requirements

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a structured yet fast-moving regulatory environment. You combine strong communication skills with analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field preferred (0–3 years of experience)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify inconsistencies
  • Experience in client support, case management, or high-volume service environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred
  • Exposure to SaaS platforms, regulatory workflows, or financial services is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of tools such as MS Office; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, “how can I help” mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Benefits

  • Base salary range: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (U.S.-based)
  • Total target compensation range up to approximately $77,000 including bonus/benefits
