Job Description

Description:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key member of Prime Residential's Talent Acquisition team, responsible for leading full cycle recruitment with a primary focus on corporate searches across all levels of the organization, from individual contributors through executive leadership. This role will flex into property management recruiting as business needs require.

Reporting to the Vice President of Organizational Development, this individual brings a strong agency or search firm background, high-volume corporate recruiting expertise across all levels, and a consultative, high-touch, customer-service-oriented approach to partnering with hiring managers across the business.

In addition to full-cycle recruiting, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will contribute to Organizational Development projects and initiatives, bringing a cross-functional mindset and a commitment to building exceptional talent and people programs at Prime.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and works in office 3 days per week.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned corporate recruiter with agency or search firm roots, experienced in sourcing and closing talent across all levels including executive leadership.
  • A builder's mindset: excited to create new systems, processes, and programs, and driven to continuously improve the tools, workflows, and experiences that surround them.
  • A natural relationship-builder and trusted advisor who earns credibility with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • A polished, confident communicator who can engage, influence, and inspire confidence at every level of an organization.
  • A team player who lifts the people around them and finds energy in collaboration.
  • Someone who turns up every stone, leaving no great candidate or opportunity unexplored.
  • Urgent, data-driven, and results-oriented, using metrics like time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates to continuously optimize outcomes.
  • A coach and advisor on best practices related to corporate recruiting, always looking to improve, enhance, and optimize the process and the people around it.
  • Comfortable flexing across corporate functions and property management roles as business needs evolve.

What You’ll Do:

Full Cycle Recruiting

  • Own and lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across all levels of the organization, with a strong emphasis on exempt, senior, and executive-level searches.
  • Serve as a strategic search partner to hiring managers and business leaders, translating role requirements into targeted sourcing strategies that attract high-caliber, passive talent.
  • Source and engage top-tier talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and professional networks, applying agency-style methodology including market mapping and competitive intelligence.
  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, competencies, cultural fit, and long-term potential.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Organizational Development to craft competitive, compelling offer strategies that reflect internal equity and market trends.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring team experience at every stage of the process.
  • Flex into high-volume property management roles as business needs require, partnering with the broader TA team to ensure continuity of hiring across the portfolio.

Systems, Process & Best Practices

  • Build, document, and maintain recruiting playbooks, SOPs, and best practice guides that elevate the team's overall effectiveness.
  • Coach and advise hiring managers and team members on best practices related to corporate recruiting, always looking to improve, enhance, and optimize how we work.
  • Contribute to Organizational Development projects and initiatives including process documentation, training development, internal communications, and talent strategy work.
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to employee experience, hiring best practices, onboarding, and recruiting operations.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain data accuracy and workflow visibility within the ATS, supporting both operational excellence and compliance standards.
  • Track and report on hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and early turnover to assess performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure all candidate data is clean, stored accurately in the ATS, and easily retrievable.
