Job Summary
The Executive Assistant role is a highly visible, hands-on partner to the executive team, responsible for keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and running without gaps. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and operates with an “On It Now” mindset, anticipating needs, moving quickly, and following through every time. From managing office operations and executive travel to coordinating meetings and supporting presentations, this person is the go-to for getting things done right the first time. Strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to stay one step ahead are essential for success in this fast-paced, high-impact role.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations for the headquarters, including mail distribution, supply ordering, meeting room preparation, and coordination with property management
- Oversee supply management for one local warehouse
- Coordinate all onsite meeting logistics, including scheduling, calendar invitations, catering, and travel accommodations for visitors
- Plan and execute offsite meetings, including venue selection, attendee communication, and logistics management
- Support executives with calendar management and comprehensive travel coordination (air, hotel, rental cars)
- Manage and maintain corporate vendor accounts (e.g., airlines, hotels, rental agencies) and identify opportunities to streamline partnerships
- Develop and format professional PowerPoint presentations and manage company swag inventory across business units
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements:- Must be located in the greater Perrysburg area; in-office five days per week
- Proven ability to operate with urgency, strong attention to detail, and exceptional follow-through
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Demonstrated alignment with core values, particularly a proactive “On It Now” mindset
- Prior experience supporting executives or managing office operations preferred
