Channel Marketing Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager based in the United States.

This role is focused on driving high-impact partner marketing programs across a diverse ecosystem of VARs, distributors, OEMs, and strategic alliances. You will design and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and deepen partner engagement. Working closely with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams, you will translate partner opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes. The position blends strategy and execution, requiring strong ownership of campaigns, events, and MDF investments. You will also play a key role in building partner-facing content, enabling field teams, and optimizing performance through data-driven insights. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for a marketer who thrives in ecosystem-driven growth environments.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies across VARs, distributors, OEMs, and strategic alliances to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Plan and manage joint go-to-market campaigns, co-branded initiatives, and demand generation programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee MDF planning, allocation, execution, and ROI tracking to maximize partner marketing investments.
  • Lead and coordinate partner events, webinars, trade shows, and field marketing activities including logistics, budgeting, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate closely with Channel Sales, Product Marketing, Sales, and Demand Generation teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
  • Build strong relationships with partner marketing stakeholders to enhance engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Create and maintain partner-facing content, toolkits, and sales enablement materials to support partner success.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, MQLs, and ROI, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Maintain accurate reporting in Salesforce and marketing platforms to ensure visibility into partner-driven performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2+ years in channel, partner, or alliance marketing roles.
  • Experience working with VARs, distributors, OEMs, or strategic technology ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to design and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, events, and field marketing channels.
  • Strong experience managing MDF programs, marketing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure performance and optimize programs based on data.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software environments is a plus.
  • Understanding of channel sales motions and partner-driven growth models preferred.
