Mgr Clinical Support KAL in Kalamazoo, Michigan at Beacon Health System

Manages activities and flow of work for the assigned clinical support area.

Responsibilities:
Develops, implements and evaluates program services and initiatives.

Manages all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.

Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and systems/performance measures.

Monitors and adheres to budget. Approves or monitors expenditures, purchases and other actions to insure compliance with budget guidelines.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
