In this role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise prospects during early-stage evaluations, helping them assess architectural fit and long-term scalability. You will collaborate with sales teams to shape account strategies, guide technical discovery, and influence decision-making with credible solution design and proof points. You will build prototypes, deliver architecture guidance, and support customers in understanding distributed systems concepts and production readiness considerations. You will also position the platform against alternative technologies, helping customers evaluate trade-offs and adoption pathways. In addition, you will own technical relationships with key stakeholders and ensure alignment from initial evaluation through early adoption and deployment phases.
• Partner with sales teams to develop and execute technical account strategies for new enterprise logos
• Lead technical discovery sessions and guide customers through architecture evaluation and solution design
• Build prototypes and provide hands-on guidance for application development and deployment
• Communicate complex distributed systems concepts clearly through presentations, whiteboarding, and documentation
• Support customers in assessing production readiness, including scalability, reliability, security, and performance
• Influence technical decision-makers and help shape long-term platform adoption strategies
• Evaluate customer use cases and determine fit against platform capabilities and alternatives
This role requires strong experience in customer-facing technical positions, ideally within cloud, SaaS, or distributed systems environments. You should bring deep knowledge of application architecture, modern infrastructure, and production-grade system design. Strong programming proficiency in at least one major language (Java, Go, Python, TypeScript, or PHP) is expected, along with the ability to build and demonstrate working prototypes. You should be comfortable working with cloud providers and common application development ecosystems. Excellent communication skills are essential, particularly when engaging with senior technical stakeholders and translating complex concepts into clear guidance. A consultative mindset, strong problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in fast-moving sales cycles are key to success.
• 8+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, or similar technical customer-facing roles
• Strong background in distributed systems, cloud computing, and application architecture
• Hands-on programming experience in at least one modern language (Java, Go, Python, TypeScript, PHP)
• Experience working with major cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
• Ability to design, build, and present technical prototypes and solution demos
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence skills
• Experience advising enterprise customers on production systems and architectural trade-offs
• Ability to collaborate closely with sales teams and support complex deal cycles
