This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HR Analyst based in India.
This role sits within a global HR Shared Services environment, supporting end-to-end transactional HR operations across multiple business units. You will act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and HR stakeholders, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality HR data administration and case management. The position requires a strong customer-first mindset, with a focus on delivering consistent service aligned with SLAs and KPIs. You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where precision, responsiveness, and process discipline are essential. Beyond execution, the role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and enhancing HR service delivery processes. It is well-suited for professionals who enjoy structured operational work combined with problem-solving and stakeholder interaction in a global setup. You will play a direct role in improving employee experience across the organization.
Deliver high-quality HR transactional and data administration support across the employee lifecycle while ensuring adherence to service level agreements, data accuracy, and compliance standards.
- Manage HR service requests through case management systems, ensuring timely resolution and consistent communication with stakeholders.
- Execute end-to-end HR operational processes including hire-to-retire activities, employee data updates, and HR system transactions.
- Monitor workload allocation, prioritize daily tasks, and ensure all requests are completed within defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and contributing to workflow and efficiency enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR teams, managers, and global stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection and organizational policies.
- Contribute to reporting and metrics tracking to demonstrate service performance and operational effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2–4+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services environments.
- Experience handling high-volume HR transactions and end-to-end HR lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, with Workday experience considered an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data administration, and service delivery frameworks in a shared services setup.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact across multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
