- Drive improvement strategies that enhance the employee experience while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and legal requirements, as applicable, and monitor performance (KPIs), budget, and internal customer satisfaction.

- 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
- Strong adaptability and collaboration.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- English spoken and written 85%.
- Communication skills.
- Project Management mid to high impact (Safety, quality, cost).
- Knowledge in equipment and building maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
- Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
- Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
- Use of measuring and control equipment and/or Customer service Knowledge of services, transportation, and cafeteria operations.
