Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member
Position Overview:

Account Representative Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships, follow established process flows, procedures, and use our client management system as directed in order to follow up with prospects and customers.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about our insurance, banking, lending, and investment options for both consumers and small business owners.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services to meet those needs, plus schedule investment appointments for the Agent.
Annual Income range: $50,000 - $75,000+ including your Base Salary, plus commissions, & bonuses.

- Base Salary, plus commissions, and bonuses

Account Representative Requirements:
- Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Excellent communication abilities written with text and email; verbal in person and over the phone; and strong listening skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Retail Sales Experience encouraged
- Property and Casualty licensing strongly recommended
