  • Ensure platform stability, tenant health, configuration consistency, and compliance with enterprise security and governance standards.
  • Lead advanced engineering support activities (Tier 3), including troubleshooting, service hardening, migrations, and workload onboarding.
  • Design, build, and maintain Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), including Dataverse-enabled architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Define governance models for Power Platform, including environment provisioning, naming conventions, lifecycle management, and access controls.
  • Implement and enforce security policies such as DLP rules, connector governance, and identity-based access controls across the platform.
  • Support modernization initiatives, including automation frameworks, integration enhancements, and AI/Copilot-enabled capabilities.
Requirements
  • 4–7 years of experience in Microsoft 365 engineering, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, environment management, and governance controls).
  • Solid understanding of identity management, conditional access policies, and enterprise security baselines within M365.
  • Experience designing and managing enterprise-scale cloud environments, including governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Familiarity with environment provisioning workflows, licensing models, and enterprise intake processes (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams to define standards and ensure secure, scalable solutions.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API) is an asset.
  • Microsoft certifications such as MS-100, MS-102, PL-200, or PL-400 are considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary range aligned with experience and expertise
  • Performance-based incentives and discretionary bonus opportunities
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement savings plan and financial wellbeing programs
  • Tuition reimbursement and continuous learning support
  • Flexible remote or hybrid work arrangements
  • Career development opportunities in cloud engineering and enterprise platforms
  • Inclusive and collaborative work environment focused on innovation and growth
