This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Compensation Partner based in United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced compensation professional to influence enterprise-wide pay strategies and support business growth through data-driven, equitable compensation practices. Working closely with business leaders, HR partners, Finance, Sales, and Talent Acquisition, you will serve as a trusted advisor on compensation design, job evaluation, market competitiveness, and sales incentive programs. You'll help shape compensation frameworks that align with organizational objectives while ensuring a consistent employee experience. This highly visible individual contributor role offers the chance to lead strategic initiatives, improve compensation processes, and deliver meaningful insights that support informed business decisions in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Partner with business leaders and People Experience Business Partners to provide strategic compensation guidance, ensuring pay decisions are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, job evaluations, salary analyses, and compensation recommendations that balance market trends, internal equity, and business priorities.
  • Support career architecture and job leveling initiatives while advising Talent Acquisition and hiring managers on compensation for new hires and internal movements.
  • Design, enhance, and maintain compensation processes, tools, templates, and governance that improve consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
  • Develop executive-ready analyses, presentations, and communication materials that clearly explain compensation programs and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Sales Operations to design, implement, administer, and continuously improve sales incentive compensation plans that reinforce business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline compensation processes, improve scalability, evaluate supporting technologies, and enhance the overall employee and leader experience.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience leading compensation strategy and advising business leaders, HR partners, and Finance on complex compensation decisions.
  • Strong expertise in market pricing, salary benchmarking, compensation structures, job evaluation, and career leveling.
  • Experience supporting or designing sales incentive compensation programs, including incentive plan development, implementation, or administration.
  • Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to present complex compensation data through clear reports, charts, and presentations.
  • Experience using Workday for compensation processes and data management; familiarity with incentive compensation platforms such as Xactly, Varicent, or similar solutions is an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong business acumen, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Must be authorized to work and reside within the United States.
Benefits
  • Remote-first work environment offering flexibility and work-life balance.
  • Home office reimbursement to support your remote workspace.
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise-wide compensation and total rewards programs across multiple business units.
  • High visibility with senior leadership and cross-functional collaboration opportunities.
  • Collaborative culture that values innovation, expertise, and continuous improvement.
  • Professional growth opportunities through strategic, enterprise-level projects.
  • Inclusive workplace committed to diversity, equity, and equal opportunity employment.
  • Competitive compensation package and comprehensive employee benefits.
