  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive Figma prototypes to validate design concepts before development begins.
  • Design intuitive solutions for complex interface challenges, including large datasets, bulk actions, workflow management, rule-based interactions, and version comparisons.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible, accurately implemented, and aligned with reusable design system standards.
  • Plan, facilitate, and analyze usability testing sessions, using measurable outcomes such as task completion rates, usability metrics, and user feedback to guide design improvements.
  • Ensure accessibility best practices and WCAG compliance are incorporated throughout the design process.
  • Balance flexibility, efficiency, and consistency to deliver enterprise experiences that meet the needs of expert users while supporting long-term platform scalability.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful design of information-dense interfaces for expert or power users.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including wireframing, interactive prototyping, and design system maintenance.
  • Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability principles, and enterprise user experience best practices.
  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating research insights into practical design improvements.
  • Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, product teams, and software engineers while confidently communicating and defending design decisions.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and an iterative design mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines.
  • Must be based in the United States and willing to travel occasionally to Los Angeles.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
