Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in stakeholder engagement, outreach, or client-facing coordination roles, ideally within federal or mission-driven environments, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a structured yet fast-moving setting.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, outreach, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Experience supporting complex programs, ideally within federal government or homeland security environments.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in documenting activities, managing records, and using tracking or engagement management tools.
  • Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt quickly in dynamic environments.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with federal contracting roles
  • Fully remote work with occasional travel opportunities
  • Exposure to large-scale federal stakeholder engagement and mission programs
