Our Account Managers are part of our Revenue Team and play a key role in driving new business, account upgrades, and configuration package sales. You'll guide customers from trial to a successful launch, building strong relationships while helping them get the most value from ShipperHQ. Whether you're working with trial customers evaluating the platform or existing customers expanding their investment, you'll combine consultative selling with problem-solving to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:- Guide customers from trial to a successful paid ShipperHQ account.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of customers, ensuring timely follow-up and successful onboarding.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and configuration services that align with customer needs.
- Educate customers on ShipperHQ best practices using a variety of customer engagement tools.
- Partner with the Solutions team on technical questions and coordinate communication with customers.
- Collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Marketing by sharing customer feedback and market insights.
- Meet individual and team revenue, conversion, and customer success goals.
- 2+ years of Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales experience in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with eCommerce and the eCommerce software ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle management.
- Comfortable discussing pricing, revenue, and identifying upsell opportunities in a consultative way.
- Highly motivated, adaptable, and excited to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company where everyone pitches in.
- A proactive problem solver who continually looks for ways to improve processes and customer outcomes.
- Comfortable learning technical products and explaining complex concepts without relying on a script.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
