As the Head of Country Commercial Management – Admin Services, you will lead the commercial strategy and revenue growth of a portfolio of subscription-based solutions designed to support small businesses. Working at the intersection of commercial strategy, product, finance, marketing, and operations, you will transform customer insights into impactful initiatives that drive adoption, engagement, and long-term value. This is a highly visible leadership role where data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial execution are essential to success. You will oversee go-to-market strategies, optimize product performance, and guide a high-performing team while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping future growth.
- Own the commercial performance, revenue growth, and forecasting for the Admin Services portfolio, ensuring financial targets are achieved and opportunities are proactively identified.
- Analyze customer behavior, subscription performance, and commercial data to generate actionable insights that inform pricing, positioning, product prioritization, and engagement strategies.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Finance, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Operations teams to develop and execute initiatives that improve customer acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating multi-channel campaigns and ensuring consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.
- Drive continuous experimentation, performance optimization, and commercial innovation through structured testing and data analysis.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to strengthen product positioning and identify emerging commercial opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior leadership and executive stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and clear performance reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small commercial team while fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Champion a customer-centric mindset by ensuring member insights remain central to commercial and product decisions.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial management, growth, go-to-market strategy, or a related leadership role, ideally within fintech, financial services, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
- Proven track record of driving sustainable revenue growth through always-on commercial initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, KPI management, financial analysis, and identifying revenue optimization opportunities.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer and business data and translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing successful omnichannel go-to-market strategies across CRM, digital channels, in-app experiences, and sales.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and executive teams.
