IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

• Process Certified letters, consumer complaints, and complaint responses
• Utilize correct grammar and collection terminology in communicating information to the staff, customers, and clients
• Audit accounts for compliance
• Communicate with management effectively
• Work with a team of experts within the company
• Resolve difficult situations that may arise while remaining calm
• Retrieve mail buckets and carry up two flights of stairs

WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:

• Have intermediate office skills, with all Microsoft Office products, as well as scanning, faxing and emailing
• Can pass fingerprint background check
• Can pass drug testing

Schedule

8 hour shift, typically 8am to 5pm

Monday to Friday
