About the Role:

The Warehouse Customer Service Representative (Warehouse-CSR) plays a critical role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between warehouse operations and customers. This position is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues related to inventory and shipments. The Warehouse-CSR acts as a liaison to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory management, and customer service principles to effectively support both internal teams and external clients. Ultimately, the Warehouse-CSR contributes to the overall efficiency and reputation of the supply chain by ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and professionally.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in customer service or warehouse operations.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in business, logistics, or related field.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and order processing software.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and inventory control principles.
  • Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, to support diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and conflict resolution experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipment details.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to track inventory levels, process orders, and schedule shipments accurately.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by investigating problems and providing appropriate solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory adjustments using warehouse management systems.
  • Collaborate with logistics, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
