Position OverviewWe are hiring a Warehouse Technician to support our warehouse and production operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and organized, with the ability to handle heavy materials and keep inventory flowing efficiently. You will play a key role in receiving, organizing, and moving materials that support our manufacturing team.

What You’ll Do

Receive, inspect, and organize HVAC parts and equipmentOperate forklifts and hoists to safely move materials between warehouse and productionPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipmentMaintain accurate inventory records in the systemAssist with cycle counts and physical inventoryLoad and unload trucks and stage materials for productionMaintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environmentFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of warehouse or material handling experience (industrial preferred)Forklift experience required (certification is a plus or will be provided)Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs.Basic computer skills (inventory or warehouse systems experience is a plus)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsReliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
