In this role, you will help execute retailer-specific programs across Grocery and Club channels, connecting our brand priorities with the needs of Sales teams, retail partners, and shoppers. Your work will span digital shelf content, retail media, promotional programs, and in-store activations.
You will work closely with the Senior Manager on strategy, planning, and performance analysis while managing day-to-day execution, partner coordination, and reporting. What you’ll do
Execute shopper marketing programs
- Translate approved brand and customer plans into retailer-specific activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate multiple programs across Grocery and Club retailers, keeping partners informed and projects moving.
- Work closely with Sales to support customer priorities and resolve execution needs.
- Adapt plans and priorities as retailer requests and business needs evolve.
Support digital shelf and retail media execution
- Coordinate retailer.com content updates and help maintain accurate, consistent product information and digital shelf standards.
- Support retail media and digital promotional programs with retailer, agency, and vendor partners.
- Track campaign timing, deliverables, and results, and follow up on missing information or execution issues.
- Partner with the Senior Manager to review performance and identify opportunities to improve future programs.
Coordinate field and in-store activation
- Help plan and execute demos, sampling, merchandising, and other shopper activations.
- Coordinate program materials, product needs, giveaways, vendor requirements, and proof of performance.
- Support shopper toolkits and repeatable processes that improve execution across retailers.
- Assist with broader marketing activities when business priorities require additional support.
Strengthen tracking and reporting
- Maintain clear records of program activity, spending, timelines, and results.
- Track budgets within approved plans, including forecasts, invoices, and spending updates.
- Collect and organize tactic-specific measures such as coupon redemption, impressions, reach, and new-to-brand activity.
- Prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations that explain what ran, what it cost, and what it achieved.
- Help the team compare tactics and vendors to inform investment decisions and evaluate sales lift and return on investment.
What you bring
- Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in shopper marketing, e-commerce, digital shelf, retail media, or CPG brand marketing. Candidates with more or fewer years may be considered based on demonstrated experience.
- Experience helping execute marketing programs from planning through completion.
- Familiarity with retailer.com content, digital shelf practices, and retail media platforms such as Walmart Connect, Instacart, Kroger, or Amazon Ads.
- Ability to organize performance data, maintain accurate records, and communicate useful findings.
- Working proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
- Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, agencies, vendors, and other partners without formal authority.
- A proactive approach to solving problems, asking questions, and moving work forward.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and plans can change.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience that is helpful
- Grocery or Club channel experience.
- Coordination of in-store demos, sampling, or merchandising programs.
- Experience working with brokers, distributors, agencies, or retail sales teams.
- Familiarity with the U.S. Hispanic consumer.
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

You will help create a clear picture of program activity, spending, and results while delivering dependable execution for Sales and retailer partners. Over time, your tracking and reporting will help the team identify what works, improve programs, and make better investment decisions.

This position is based in Dallas, with Tuesday–Thursday office attendance and approximately 15–25% travel based on business needs. The role includes a regular office environment and the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
