  • Monitor service quality, ticket times, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.
  • Ensure opening, closing, and shift procedures are completed accurately.
  • Communicate daily expectations, promotions, and operational priorities to employees.
  • Address operational challenges and communicate significant concerns to the GM.
  • Maintain consistency in company policies, recipes, procedures, and service standards.

Pulltab Operations & Compliance

  • Encourage appropriate pulltab promotion and employee engagement in sales.
  • Ensure employees follow proper pulltab sales, payout, cash handling, and documentation procedures.
  • Assist with pulltab inventory, game counts, reconciliations, and recordkeeping.
  • Monitor shortages, overages, and discrepancies, reporting concerns to the GM.
  • Help train employees on pulltab procedures and maintain accountability.

Financial Performance & Cost Control

  • Assist in monitoring daily sales, labor costs, and operational performance.
  • Support inventory management, ordering, receiving, and cost control.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase sales through promotions, upselling, and guest engagement.
  • Monitor waste, overpouring, cash handling, and inventory discrepancies.
