DRIVER in Tyler, Texas at Tyler Cookie Co LLC

Crumbl Cookies in Tyler is hiring Delivery Drivers!

We’re looking for dependable, friendly drivers who understand that on-time delivery and excellent customer service matter. Our drivers are responsible for safely delivering Crumbl orders to customers, businesses, events, and catering clients while representing our store professionally.

When you're not on a delivery, you'll be part of the in-store team—helping package orders, assist guests, clean, stock, and keep operations moving. This is not a position where drivers sit and wait for deliveries.

$16.43–$22.53/hour including tips

Total hourly earnings include base pay plus tips. Tips fluctuate based on sales volume, customer tipping, delivery volume, and other applicable factors and are not guaranteed, so actual hourly earnings may vary.

Crumbl Tyler is open Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM and closed Sundays.

Both full-time and part-time positions may be available. We offer flexible scheduling and work with school and sports schedules when possible.

• Flexible scheduling

• One free cookie per shift

• Employee discount

• PTO for eligible employees

• 401(k) and profit sharing for eligible employees

• Opportunities for growth and advancement

Our drivers are an extension of the Crumbl experience. Customers may be receiving cookies for a birthday, office event, celebration, or just because—so accuracy, presentation, professionalism, and punctuality are important.

We're looking for someone who can manage their time, solve problems when they arise, and jump in to help the store team between deliveries.
