The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager will shape and execute data-driven marketing strategies that guide users through every stage of their journey, from onboarding and activation to engagement and long-term retention. In this role, you will oversee lifecycle campaigns across a diverse portfolio of digital products, creating personalized experiences that deliver value to users and drive business growth. You will combine customer insights, experimentation, and targeted messaging to optimize communication across channels, including push notifications, in-app messages, banners, and modals. Working cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams, you will take campaigns from strategy through execution and performance measurement. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive marketer who enjoys building scalable lifecycle programs, testing new approaches, and making decisions grounded in data. You will join a remote-first, global environment focused on innovation and the evolving digital economy.
Develop and oversee lifecycle marketing strategies across the company's product portfolio, using channels such as in-app notifications, banners, push notifications, and full-screen modals.
Define channel strategies, messaging, and communication journeys that support user education, onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention.
Manage lifecycle campaigns end to end, from strategic planning and creative briefing to audience targeting, campaign implementation, quality assurance, and performance analysis.
Build and maintain an experimentation roadmap across lifecycle channels, continuously testing messaging, content, timing, and audience segments to identify effective approaches.
Use customer data and behavioral insights to personalize communications and improve the user experience at key points in the lifecycle.
Measure campaign performance, interpret results, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve engagement and business outcomes.
Coordinate multiple campaigns and experiments simultaneously, ensuring projects progress efficiently from planning through launch and evaluation.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align lifecycle initiatives with broader product and growth objectives.
4–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with a demonstrated track record of developing and optimizing campaigns across the user journey.
Experience building lifecycle programs and user journeys from the ground up and managing them independently across large user bases.
Strong customer-data analysis skills, with the ability to turn behavioral insights into effective segmentation, personalization, and campaign strategies.
Extensive experimentation experience, including A/B testing, hypothesis development, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
Practical experience using customer engagement platforms (CEPs), such as Braze, to build, execute, and manage lifecycle campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and data tools such as Segment, Mixpanel, and Preset.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple experiments and campaigns at different stages of development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
A self-directed, data-driven, results-oriented approach, with a strong focus on customer needs and measurable impact.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving, remote-friendly environment with changing priorities.
Experience in Web3 or decentralized technologies is an advantage, but not essential.
