What You’ll Do

As the General Manager, you are the ultimate boss of your store. You will be fully responsible for the operations, culture, and success of the Freeport location, including:
Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule an amazing team of drivers and customer service reps.
Financial Management: Control food costs, labor costs, inventory, and cash management to boost profitability.
Quality & Speed: Ensure every pizza is made to perfection and delivered safely and efficiently.
Customer Relations: Build a loyal local customer base by maintaining high standards of hospitality and cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For

• Prior restaurant leadership experience (General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Lead level).
Strong organizational, math, and multitasking skills.
A high-energy, positive attitude with the ability to motivate a diverse crew.
Flexibility to work full-time hours, including peak times like nights and weekends.
