  • Participating in crisis management responses for patients who may present a danger to themselves, others, or property in accordance with program protocols

  • Providing scheduled crisis and outreach services when indicated

  • Maintaining assigned patient charts and ensuring all required clinical documentation is completed accurately and within established timeframes

  • Coordinating appropriate patient termination, follow-up, and continuity of care in accordance with treatment plans

  • Participating in case conferences and presenting relevant patient information to support collaborative treatment planning

  • Maintaining established departmental and hospital policies, procedures, quality assurance standards, safety requirements, environmental standards, and infection control practices

  • Meeting assigned productivity and customer satisfaction requirements

  • Completing charge tickets and submitting required service data within established program timeframes

  • Using computer systems to document services, enter patient information, schedule appointments, and coordinate care when assigned

  • Taking responsibility for ongoing professional growth through participation in educational programs and continuing development opportunities

This role might be for you if:
