$19 - $21 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, including loaders, with precision and a focus on safety to ensure efficient project completion.
- Conduct daily inspections of equipment to maintain optimal performance and identify potential issues before they arise.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute construction tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, fostering a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to provide updates and address any operational challenges.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment, contributing to the longevity and reliability of our machinery.
- Document and report equipment usage and any incidents, ensuring transparency and accountability in operations.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Required:
Pass a drug screen and a background check
Must have Crusher experience
2 years of experience
Physical Requirements:
Vision: Adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, give directions, and engage in other business interactions
Hearing: Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals
Speaking: Able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying sizes with or without amplification
Equipment Operation: Able to operate a wide range of tools
Carrying: Able to occasionally carry up to 20lbs/9kg
Lifting: able to lift up to 30lbs/14kg
Squatting/Kneeling: able to squat or kneel
Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time, delivering information
Walking: Able to walk through the shop and other outside elements
