As an Agronomy Field Advisor at Liqui-Grow, you will be the trusted partner for growers, providing expert guidance on fertilizer, crop protection, and seed products distributed by Twin States Inc. This role is ideal for individuals who are driven, influential, supportive, and detail-oriented.

Position Overview

You will:

• Advise growers on fertilizer, crop protection, and seed products.
• Stay current with industry trends and product innovations.
• Build and maintain a dynamic customer portfolio.
• Collaborate with growers to develop tailored agronomic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in continuous learning to improve product knowledge and clearly communicate benefits to growers.

Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to proactively support customer success.

Pursue Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification to show commitment to professional excellence.

Build and maintain a dynamic customer portfolio, understand their unique needs, and schedule regular consultations.

Work with growers to find opportunities and provide custom agronomic solutions.

Gather field data to create accurate fertilizer and pesticide recommendations.

Maintain open communication with your manager and team to ensure alignment and transparency.

Represent Liqui-Grow with professionalism and integrity, fostering a positive community presence.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Clean driving record required.
• Applicator’s License/CDL—or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Experience with ag equipment is a plus, but not required.
