Data Entry Order Processor in Dayton, New Jersey at Hendley Communications Inc

Walts TV is looking for a Shipping/Order Processing Representative who loves keeping things moving. This is a fast-paced, desk-based role where no two days look exactly the same — you'll juggle multiple systems, work with major carriers, and make sure orders get where they need to go, on time, every time.

What You'll Do
- Process orders for shipment across multiple TMS platforms using FedEx, UPS, OnTrac, and various freight carriers
- Manage orders from online marketplaces and hit every processing deadline
- Communicate clearly via email, internal chat, and phone with customers, carriers, and teammates
- Monitor and respond quickly to cross-department messages
- Maintain shipping reports and tracking tools
- Field incoming calls about shipping and receiving
- Keep customers and internal teams informed on order status
- Work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to keep everything running smoothly

What You Bring
- Comfort navigating multiple monitors and switching between systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Mail, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with browsers like Chrome, Firefox, and Edge
- Bonus points for experience with eBay, Amazon, or Walmart marketplace platforms
- Sharp attention to detail and a love for a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, accurate, and deadline-driven
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM
- A positive, team-first attitude and eagerness to learn
- Availability to work weekends and early mornings
- Strong spoken and written English skills, needed to communicate clearly with customers, carriers, and teammates across departments
