Job Description

Supply Growth & Partnerships Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply Growth & Partnerships Lead based in Canada.

This is a hands-on commercial leadership role focused on building a scalable supply pipeline through strategic US business partnerships.
You will identify, develop, negotiate, and launch partnerships that generate recurring referrals from homeowners intending to sell.
The role combines new business development, partnership strategy, commercial negotiation, and performance optimization.
You will own the full partner lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery through activation, recurring referrals, and ongoing performance management.
Success will be measured through partner activation, referral volume and quality, conversion, economics, and contribution.
You will also help create repeatable partnership playbooks and coach a growing commercial team as the business scales.
The position is fully remote, with regular overlap with US business hours and close collaboration across operations, product, and sales.

Accountabilities:
  • Personally identify, prospect, and secure new US business partners capable of introducing homeowners who intend to sell.

  • Lead partnership discovery, commercial negotiations, referral-right discussions, and agreements through to launch and the first accepted referrals.

  • Own partner performance metrics, including activation, accepted referral volume, lead quality, conversion, refunds, payouts, and overall contribution.

  • Use performance data to identify opportunities, optimize partner channels, and make evidence-based decisions about which channels to expand, improve, or discontinue.

  • Build and document a repeatable acquisition and partner-activation playbook that can be used to scale the partnerships function.

  • Coach colleagues and contribute to building a small partnerships team as the economics and volume of the business support growth.

  • Collaborate closely with supply operations, product, and sales teams to maintain appropriate consent, referral provenance, operational quality, and a dependable partner experience.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience personally originating US B2B partnerships and taking them from initial prospecting and conversations through signed agreements, activation, and recurring referrals.

  • Demonstrated ability to clearly explain the commercial structure, permissions, payment models, performance, and results of partnerships you have personally owned; confidential figures can be anonymized.

  • Strong independent prospecting skills, commercial judgment, negotiation ability, and clear written and verbal English communication.

  • Experience coaching colleagues or managing a small commercial, partnerships, or business development team.

  • Experience with seller-side real estate partnerships, original lead suppliers, publishers, residential-service referral channels, or similar lead-generation ecosystems is particularly relevant.

  • Strong analytical and operational mindset, with the ability to interpret channel performance and translate data into practical commercial decisions.

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and maintaining regular overlap with US business hours.

Benefits:
  • Full-time, fully remote position based in Canada.

  • Opportunity to build and scale a new US-focused partnerships and supply acquisition channel.

  • High level of ownership across prospecting, negotiation, partner activation, and performance optimization.

  • Opportunity to shape repeatable commercial processes and contribute to the development of a growing partnerships team.

  • Flexible remote work environment with regular overlap with US business hours.

  • Hands-on exposure to partnerships, lead generation, real estate-related supply, and commercial growth.

  • Practical hiring process focused on attributable experience and operating judgment rather than employer brand or job title.
