Job Description
Einstein Bros. What We Are Looking For:Candidates who: are enthusiastic about working within a Colorado-based employer; Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction; Upholds ideals, values, and practices that are the foundation of Mission Yogurt: Loyalty, Innovation, Service, Communication, and Flexibility; Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices; Ensures all operating and quality standards are met; Previous experience as a line cook, food prep, team member, or crew member Upholds a professional and ethical management style and presentation; Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, unbiased judgment; Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members; Must be over the age of 18 & must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines. Physical Demands:Position requires ability to stand up to 12 hours; Climbing, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling; Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 20 lbs. and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs. The Overnight Team Member provides excellent customer service while supporting daily front-of-house operations. This role helps maintain a welcoming, clean environment and supports smooth, accurate guest transactions while delivering efficient food and beverage service through strong teamwork. In this position, you will greet customers, take orders, prep items, fulfill items, and make specialty drinks.
