Job Description
Retail Reinvented helps brands and retailers succeed in the next era of commerce, the one where AI agents increasingly find, compare and buy products for shoppers.
We started as a hands-on retail and e-commerce advisory firm. We've rebuilt storefronts, re-platformed catalogs, fixed tracking and attribution, and run operations for brands that sell complex, made-to-order products. From that work we built ConfigIQ, our AI commerce platform. Our clients run their businesses on it today.
Where we're headed. Most commerce technology helps shoppers find products. Very little of it can confirm that the product a shopper or an AI agent configures can actually be built, priced and delivered. ConfigIQ is built to answer that question. It turns a company's product knowledge (options, compatibility rules, pricing and identity) into a trusted source of truth that websites, sales teams and AI shopping agents can all rely on. We call it the system of validity for modern commerce.
Over the next few years we're growing in three directions:
- Platform: expanding ConfigIQ from our first flagship clients to more brands and manufacturers with configurable, high-consideration products
- Agentic commerce: connecting our clients' catalogs to the new AI shopping channels, so every answer an agent gives about their products is accurate
- Advisory: continuing to guide clients through strategy, replatforming, marketing and operations, the hands-on work our platform grew out of
We're a small, senior team that moves fast, uses AI heavily in our own work, and c

Account planning & client onboarding
- Track accounts, renewals and pipeline in our CRM (HubSpot)

- Hands-on experience with bookkeeping software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, a CRM, and social media scheduling tools
- Clear, professional writing, since you'll often communicate on the CEO's behalf
