Job Description

Intern - Spring 2027
Dallas, TX

This is a non-exempt position.

We are now hiring Interns for our Spring 2027 Internship Program!

Applications open October 5, 2026 and close November 9, 2026 at 1:00 PM CST. The program runs from January 25, 2027 through April 23, 2027. Internships are paid $18 per hour for 20 hours per week, totaling 240 hours total over 12 weeks. Interns will not work during either the week of March 8 or March 15; each intern will select one of these weeks in coordination with their supervisor.

All internships are hybrid, and candidates must be in the Dallas-Fort Worth area during the internship. Interns are required to work in person from our Dallas office in the Design District at least two days per week, Monday through Thursday, for a minimum of four hours on each in-person day. These hours are included within the intern’s total weekly working hours.

Job Summary

Moroch’s internship program provides an immersive advertising agency experience. Interns gain hands-on experience in their assigned department while learning how the agency operates while receiving support from a dedicated supervisor. The program also includes structured learning and practice opportunities designed to build professional skills and expand career and industry knowledge. Interns have opportunities to network and build connections across the agency.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to Team and Projects: Support departmental initiatives, projects, and assignments while collaborating with team members to help achieve client, departmental, and organizational goals. Complete assigned work accurately and on schedule while demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Communicate and Collaborate Effectively: Maintain open communication with supervisors and teammates by providing updates, seeking clarification when needed, sharing ideas, and contributing to team discussions and activities.
  • Demonstrate Curiosity and Continuous Learning: Actively participate in the department and internship program. Seek feedback, apply new knowledge, and develop a broader understanding of the agency, its clients, and the business environment.
  • Problem Solve and Adapt: Approach challenges with curiosity and initiative by identifying potential issues, asking thoughtful questions, and contributing ideas or solutions. Adapt to changing priorities and embrace opportunities to learn from new experiences.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in college and, if pursuing an undergraduate degree, classified as a Junior or Senior during the internship session, OR have a comparable level of experience
  • Readiness to contribute to a professional services environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively with others, and contribute to a team
  • Demonstrated time management, organization, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and the ability to learn new technology
  • Strong interest in the advertising industry and in gaining professional experience through an internship
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn

Eligibility

  • Interns must be available to begin the internship January 25, 2027.
  • Required to work 17 - 20 hours per week within agency business hours, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. These hours will be hybrid.
  • Interns are required to work in person from our Dallas office at least two days per week, Monday through Thursday, for a minimum of 4 hours on each in-person day. The work schedule, including in-person hours, will be coordinated with each selected intern based on their availability and business needs.
  • Applicants must be 18 years or older. Must have current and future U.S. work authorization without the need for sponsorship now or at any point in the future beyond the internship.
  • If an undergraduate student, must be classified as a Junior or Senior during the internship.
Department Descriptions

  • Account Management brings agency disciplines together to provide informed marketing and advertising solutions for clients. They are the trusted primary contact for clients with a deep understanding of their strategy. They maintain a high level of knowledge across media, creative, and data. Interns work on competencies including accountability and follow through, adaptability, effective communication, and problem solving to gain knowledge of organization, communication, traffic and media management, budgeting, processes and procedures.
  • Business Insights professionals bring together, validate, and analyze data including business and marking performance trends to help client teams make informed decisions and improve results. They support media campaigns and client initiatives and work with a variety of agency departments to help deliver efficient and quality results. Interns work on competencies including analytical thinking, effective planning, precision and accuracy, and being results oriented to gain knowledge of data analysis, processes, dashboards, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Creative Production manages the advertising production process. This team is within the creative environment and focuses on how the work gets made rather than art direction and copywriting. Producers oversee coordination and logistics, asset management, and workflow across video and audio projects. Interns work on competencies including adaptability, effective communication, effective planning, and precision and accuracy and gain knowledge of organization, attention to detail, processes, and communication and collaboration.
  • Creative Project Management coordinates how creative work moves from kickoff through delivery at an advertising agency. This team works within the creative environment and focuses on how creative projects are managed rather than art direction and copywriting. Project managers oversee project coordination, schedules and timelines, communication, and collaboration across teams to deliver all assets on time and to expectations. Interns work on competencies including accountability and follow through, effective communication, problem solving, and priority setting and gain knowledge in organization, attention to detail, and agency processes and procedures.
  • Media Planning manages strategic efforts across a wide variety of media channels and determines how each should be used to best reach the intended consumer. They conduct market research and find media consumption trends. Interns work on competencies including analytical thinking, effective communication, precision and accuracy, and priority setting and gain knowledge of the planning process, campaign management, budgeting, communication, and attention to detail.
  • Moroch Digital Solutions (paid digital media planning, buying & delivery). MDS provides strategy recommendations, campaign execution, reporting and insight. Paid Social manages local paid advertising for clients on all the major social media platforms. Paid Search allows brands to pay search engines to place their ads higher on relevant search result pages. Programmatic automates online ad space transactions using real-time bidding and data-driven strategies. Site Direct plans and buys site direct media which includes digital video, display, and audio working directly with website publishers for placement. AdOps manages ad trafficking and campaign launches across multiple accounts, in addition to handling paid media tracking and tagging. Interns work on competencies including analytical thinking, precision and accuracy, problem solving, and being results oriented and gain knowledge across MDS in organization, attention to detail, communication, and platform processes.
