Serve as a primary point of contact for routine interactions with internal stakeholders, claimants, adjusters, healthcare providers, and other external partners.

Facilitate timely communication, follow-up, payment processing, and closure activities.

Coordinate documentation and tracking related to return-to-work, restricted-duty, and other claim-related accommodation processes.

Escalate urgent or high-exposure claims and assist the Project & Claims Manager with adjusters, providers, and external parties as needed.

Safeguard sensitive customer, employee, and company information with integrity and discretion.

Support Reporting, Compliance, and Financial Administration

Assist with claim payments, invoice administration, information gathering, reserve documentation, and other assigned financial support activities.

Prepare claim summaries, status reports, supporting documentation, and meeting materials for claim reviews, audits, and leadership discussions.

Develop recurring claims reports, metrics, and dashboards to support monitoring, trend analysis, and decision-making.

Conduct data analysis and generate reports based on business needs.

Maintain timely and accurate OSHA records and required claims-related documentation.

Support regulatory reporting, documentation management, and audit preparation activities.

Maintain an understanding of Marsdens business lines and the types of work performed across the organization.
