BDC REPRESENTITIVE in Cartsville, Georgia at Jackson Automotive Group

Kia of Cartersville is growing and looking to add to our Business Development Center (BDC) team. As a BDC Representative, you will drive sales growth by building relationships with current and prospective customers. You will respond to phone and online inquiries, set appointments for the sales team, and follow up to make sure customers show up and have a great experience.

Essential functions

• Answers inbound calls, internet leads, texts and emails within the department’s response-time standards
• Makes outbound calls and sends follow-up messages to new leads, unsold showroom customers and “no-shows”
• Schedules and confirms sales appointments, and coordinates with the sales team on customer arrival
• Logs all customer contacts, notes and appointments accurately in VinSolutions CRM
• Informs prospects about current inventory, promotions and incentives
• Meets department goals for contacts, appointments set and appointment show rates
• Follows dealership policies and federal and state rules for customer calls and texts (including do-not-call and consent requirements) and protects customer information

• Excellent phone, written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers, internet and Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, quick learner, positive attitude, and a strong team player
• Previous dealership BDC, call center or sales experience a plus
• Experience with VinSolutions CRM a plus

Physical demands and work environment
Indoor office setting. Requires sitting at a computer and using a phone or headset for most of the shift, plus frequent keyboard use.

Reports to: BDC Manager | Status: Full-time, non-exempt (hourly + performance bonus) | Schedule: 5 Days a week, including evenings and Saturdays.
