This remote opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced technology environments and enjoys building programs that evolve alongside a growing business.
You will drive the operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of partner programs, ensuring that processes, technology, and communications support a scalable and effective partner ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
Program Modernization and Scalability: Identify operational bottlenecks, evaluate existing workflows, and design scalable processes that reduce manual work and improve program efficiency.
End-to-End Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex challenges across the partner lifecycle, develop actionable solutions, and establish repeatable processes that prevent recurring issues.
Partner Experience Optimization: Design and improve partner onboarding journeys, lifecycle touchpoints, and support workflows to deliver a consistent, seamless experience across different partner segments.
Partner Revenue Enablement: Develop and implement operational frameworks that simplify commercial transactions, streamline incentive administration, reduce friction in referral processes, and strengthen partner-sourced revenue pipelines.
Technology and Vendor Management: Own key components of the partner technology ecosystem and associated vendor relationships, ensuring that tools, data models, and integrations support business growth and operational scale.
Automation and AI Adoption: Transform manual activities into automated workflows, leveraging software and AI tools to improve efficiency, reduce repetitive tasks, and enhance operational consistency.
Partner Communications and Enablement: Develop clear program documentation, partner guides, engagement strategies, updates, and enablement materials that help partners understand program requirements and opportunities.
Cross-Functional Project Leadership: Build and manage end-to-end project plans for new partner initiatives, coordinating with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Technology teams to align priorities and deliver milestones on schedule.
Stakeholder Alignment and Accountability: Facilitate collaboration across internal teams, clarify ownership, monitor progress, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with broader business objectives.
Continuous Improvement: Evaluate program performance, identify opportunities to improve partner operations, and implement solutions that support sustainable ecosystem growth.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong partner program or project management experience with an operational mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to turn ambiguous challenges into structured, measurable initiatives. Key qualifications include:

Professional Experience: 5–8 years of experience in partner program management, project management, partner management, strategy and operations, or a similar role within a fast-paced technology company.
Execution and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate complex environments, take initiative, turn unclear problems into actionable plans, and deliver results without relying on rigid instructions.
Project Management: Strong project management capabilities, including managing complex timelines, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking milestones, and driving accountability.

Technology and Automation: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and partner ecosystem technologies, such as partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, account-mapping tools, or data integration solutions. A strong interest in using software and AI to automate manual processes is important.
Commercial and Revenue Orientation: Experience designing or supporting commercial partner programs, referral models, or joint sales initiatives that contribute directly to channel pipeline development and revenue growth.
