We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and coordinate organization-wide recruitment and retention programs, ensuring a data-driven focus and prioritizing improvements aligned with strategic initiatives.
The experienced Recruiter in this role will conduct full-cycle recruitment to source the best talent for Keswick, collaborating with the leadership teams across multiple departments to fill positions in a timely manner.

What is required in this position?
- A minimum of five years’ recruiting experience is required.Minimum of two years of experience in human resources, preferably in a healthcare settingA bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in human resource management or a related field is preferred.Knowledge of employment lawsSHRM/PHR certification preferredCompetencies: Problem Solving, Customer Service, Interpersonal, Leadership, Planning/Organizing, Professionalism, Adaptability, Dependability, Initiative, Innovation, Computer and Technical skillsKnowledge of ATS, HRIS, payroll, and word Processing systems
