This role sits at the intersection of supply chain operations, clinical systems, and digital transformation, supporting critical clinical supply chain processes within a highly regulated biotech environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution, stability, and continuous improvement of SAP-enabled clinical supply chain workflows, directly impacting the delivery of clinical trial materials. The position combines hands-on systems support, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration across IT, quality, and clinical operations teams. You will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate operational needs into system enhancements and process improvements. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and mission-focused on advancing therapies that improve patient outcomes globally. This is a high-impact role where operational excellence and systems expertise directly support clinical research and product development.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage end-to-end clinical supply chain processes within SAP/ERP environments, ensuring system readiness and operational stability for clinical trial execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical supply chain system issues, coordinating with IT teams to troubleshoot incidents, manage ServiceNow tickets, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance issues such as iDoc failures, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with technical and business teams.
  • Lead or support change management activities, including documentation, audit readiness, and maintenance of clinical supply chain system requirements.
  • Gather business needs and translate them into formal business requirements (BRDs) to support system enhancements and process improvements.
  • Support implementation of system enhancements, including project planning, testing, validation, defect resolution, and end-user change management activities.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, coordinate data preparation, and ensure validation of system upgrades and new functionality.
  • Support training activities for clinical OTC and/or Plan-to-Stock processes across cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years, master’s degree with 2+ years, or equivalent experience in SAP or information systems within supply chain or clinical environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP supply chain modules, particularly Order-to-Cash and Plan-to-Stock processes.
  • Experience working with clinical supply chain systems, ERP environments, or investigational product management workflows.
  • Familiarity with system integration tools, including ServiceNow (ISM) and related IT service management platforms.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain data flows, including iDocs, staging tables, and system interfaces.
  • Experience with validation testing, quality systems, and regulated environments such as clinical or pharmaceutical supply chains.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex system issues.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across IT, operations, and business teams.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet is highly desirable.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of approximately $105,010 – $142,073 depending on experience and location.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
  • Retirement and savings plans with employer contributions to support long-term financial security.
  • Performance-based incentives including annual bonus programs and long-term stock-based compensation.
  • Generous paid time off, flexible work arrangements, and strong emphasis on work-life balance.
  • Career development opportunities within a global organization focused on innovation and professional growth.
  • Access to wellness programs, employee assistance resources, and additional voluntary benefits.
