The Financial Controller is a senior leadership role responsible for the financial health, operational infrastructure, and people systems of the practice. This position ensures strong fiscal discipline, supports sustainable growth, and reinforces the practice culture by modeling Persistence, Everyone Educates, Show Enthusiasm, and Ownership Thinking.

The Controller partners closely with the executive team to provide financial clarity, forward-looking analysis, and strategic insight while maintaining accountability across finance, revenue cycle, HR, and facility/IT functions.

• Proven bookkeeping experience
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration preferred
