What Needs to Be Accomplished
  • Assist lead electricians with residential electrical installations, repairs, and service work.
  • Support the installation and replacement of electrical systems and components, including:
    • Panels
    • Circuits
    • Outlets and switches
    • Lighting fixtures
    • Ceiling fans
    • EV chargers
    • Surge protection systems
    • Backup power systems
  • Follow all safety procedures and electrical code requirements to ensure safe and accurate workmanship.
  • Help maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners to explain work being completed and answer basic questions.
  • Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and diagnosing customer concerns.
  • Support the promotion of electrical upgrades, safety solutions, and membership plans through customer education.
  • Document completed work and assist with invoices, estimates, and job notes using company software.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to strengthen technical knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 1-2 Years of experience in Residential
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
  • Electrical apprentice card or enrollment in a trade program is a plus
