Riverbend is seeking a passionate Children's Clinical Manager to lead a dynamic team in providing comprehensive care, staff supervision, and community-focused program development. You will guide clinical services, manage grants, and maintain a small caseload of clients, directly shaping mental health services and making a lasting impact in the local community.
We are looking for an inspiring, hands-on leader to oversee our Children's clinical team. In this role, you will balance high-level program administration with direct clinical care. What You’ll Do
- Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support a dedicated team of licensed and master’s level clinicians.
- Hands-On Care: Conduct comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments, intakes, and psychotherapy for a small, manageable caseload.
- Program Management: Lead program development, ensure fiscal accountability, manage risk, and participate in long-range strategic planning.
- Community Engagement: Act as a key community liaison, coordinating care and treatment plans with outside agencies and providers.
- Grant & Funding Support: Assist in managing grants and discovering various funding avenues to sustain and grow our programs.
- Collaboration: Maintain regular, strategic communication with the Children’s Intervention Program Director.

What You’ll Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family therapy or a related field is required.
- Active NH Licensure as LCMHC, LICSW, or LMFT is required.
- Active NH Licensure as LADC or MLADC preferred.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience is preferred.
- Experience in the NH community mental health system is preferred.
- Experience in the medical system is preferred.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills are required.
- A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
