• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Process orders, payments, and customer transactions accurately
• Answer questions about services, pricing, and policies
• Help resolve customer concerns with support from management
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Support wash & fold laundry services and laundromat operations (depending on location)
• Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer and math skills
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds
• Frequent use of computers, phones, and related equipment
