Construction Management Technician / Construction Engineer in Albany, New York at Barton & Loguidice

We are currently seeking a Construction Management Technician or Construction Engineer for a full-time position in our Albany, NY office. This position will be located within our Water Resources discipline.

Responsibilities & Duties may include:

• Assisting construction managers with client requirements, contractor coordination, contract administration, project change management, site monitoring and field support.
• Assisting with construction inspection and completion of daily inspection reports on an as-needed basis.
• Assistance with developing scopes, fees and hours estimates for projects.
• Serving as a resource for technical staff regarding constructability reviews.

• A.S. or B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or an Engineering related field.
• 3-7 years of construction experience preferred.
• Professional licensure and/or certifications highly desired.
• Construction software (i.e. Procore) and/or AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.

Estimated Pay Range: $68,000 - $85,000/year.

Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
