This role sits at the intersection of creativity, digital culture, and fast-paced content execution within a highly dynamic entertainment-driven industry. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering engaging social media content across multiple platforms, turning trends, live moments, and cultural insights into impactful brand storytelling. The position requires someone who thrives in a real-time environment where speed, creativity, and precision directly influence audience engagement and brand visibility. You will collaborate closely with creators, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and high-performing content strategies. The role is ideal for a highly social, trend-aware professional who understands how to turn internet culture into measurable brand impact.

Accountabilities:
  • Plan, manage, and maintain multi-platform content calendars aligned with campaigns, live events, and real-time social opportunities.
  • Create and execute platform-native content tailored to each channel’s format, audience behavior, and engagement dynamics.
  • Monitor trends, sports moments, and internet culture to identify reactive content opportunities and act on them quickly.
  • Coordinate influencer and creator collaborations, ensuring smooth communication and timely content delivery.
  • Support the selection and evaluation of creators based on audience relevance, performance, and brand alignment.
  • Drive community engagement across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand tone and identity.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, transforming insights into actionable optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with design, copy, and acquisition teams to ensure seamless execution of social media initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, ideally in sports, entertainment, gaming, or betting-related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and Facebook, including emerging trends.
  • Deep understanding of platform-native content, meme culture, and reactive, entertainment-led social strategies.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing and creator ecosystems in fast-moving, trend-driven environments.
  • Strong ability to translate internet culture and live events into engaging brand content quickly and effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience interpreting social media metrics and performance data.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Nice to have: experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, or CapCut; interest in sports, esports, or betting audiences; familiarity with football and regional sports culture.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work setup with flexibility to support work-life balance.
  • Equipment provided (laptop, headphones, and accessories).
  • Career development opportunities with structured growth and training programs.
  • Quarterly performance reviews with merit-based salary progression.
  • Health and fitness support, including reimbursements and wellness budgets.
  • Self-development budget for courses and professional learning.
  • Extra paid annual leave (22 days, increasing up to 26 days with tenure).
  • Special birthday day off after one year of employment.
  • Collaborative, fast-moving international environment focused on innovation and creativity.
