About the Role

We’re looking for a top-notch Sonographer to provide General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound procedures at PCPs located in the Los Alamitos, CA area. This individual will be joining well established, forward-thinking practices that have expanded their diagnostic service offerings to include ultrasound imaging. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and experienced in General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm PST
No night or weekend coverage and no on-call requirements
Primary care facility setting

As a Sonographer you will:

Perform General, Vascular, and Breast ultrasound procedures independently with remote support
Complete preliminary reports for interpreting physician review
Assist patients from check-in through exam completion and provide white glove, compassionate service
Operate as an Imagen liaison for the practice, building relationships with your patients, office staff, and medical providers

You should get in touch if you:

Hold a certification in at least one of the following registries
- General Ultrasound: ARDMS – (AB), (OB/GYN), (BR) or ARRT - RT(RDMS) and/or
  - Breast ultrasound registry preferred but not required
- Vascular Ultrasound: ARDMS – RVT (VT), ARRT – RT (VS), or CCI – RVS
Have at least 12 months clinical ultrasound experience in General, Vascular, and Breast Ultrasound
If you are not certified in all three registries listed above, you are able and willing to participate in training that the practice would provide to become proficient in additional ultrasound procedures
Are able to lift equipment and/or assist patients onto the exam table as needed

The hourly rate for this position is $45.00 to $60.00/hour. Please note that the hourly range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
