JOB DESCRIPTION/TYPICAL TASK BREAKDOWN:

• Typical Day 8am-4:30pm with ability to flex; In office unless case by case exception to work from home for compelling reason.
• Daily communication with dealers around product inquiries and quality concerns
• Weekly review of quality data and trends

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Focus on product quality and customer service across construction equipment electronics, software, and systems.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Years of experience: 2-4 years
• Degree requirement: Engineering degree preferred but technician background also acceptable. Master’s Degree is acceptable
